nant schemaSpy now works on Windows, when schemaSpy and the postgresql driver are located in delivery, and graphviz is installed.
I will not let it run on Linux/Jenkins, since it fails on OutOfMemory exception.

There is one for the base database, and one for quite a big database (eg. about 100k partner records).
