defining local data fields, I'm looking for a way to fill this fields automatically.
e.g. a csv-file that contains the partnerkey and the fieldinfo. The header in the csv shows which local data field is to be filled.
The issue is, If I send mailings to organisations and churches there is no format like "Dear" "Title" "Sur name". Sometimes there is a person to adress, sometimes not. It's alot of work to always generate the right greeting by hand.
So once I did it in Excel, I would like to import it into local data fields. I call them "greeting1" and "greeting2" for excample. Then next time I just extract the info and use it for the letter.
On the reverse side, would be great to be able to select the local data fields in the Merge-Form to get the data out of Petra.
does that make sense?
