Demo database

I have uploaded a demo database with donors, recipients, workers, fields and key ministries, and donations.

You can import the data as a developer:
Download files.pokorra.de/openpetra/demod ... ata.sql.gz
nant loadDatabase -D:file=demodata.sql.gz

If you are working with the standalone version of OpenPetra, you should use the latest build from ci-win.solidcharity.com/job/OpenPetraBuild/
Download files.pokorra.de/openpetra/demod ... ata.yml.gz
Login as user SYSADMIN, and go to System Manager, Database, Import Export, Restore Database from Backup.

I hope to release the next version soon, that will contain posted gift batches and a couple of closed periods.

I have updated the uploaded files, with posted gift batches.
At the moment, all gift batches from January to May have been posted, and all but one gift batch in June have been posted.
I hope this helps with testing the stewardship calculation.

this includes many suppliers, and AP documents.
For January to May, they are all posted, but not payed yet.

Now Income Expense Statement and Balance Sheet show a lot of numbers.

small fixes for a_ledger.a_last_gift_batch_number_i, and new sql table dump with the s_modification_id_t column:

there is now a new demo database, specific for the purpose of testing the online registration.
There are 3500 applicants, from 4 different countries, with several roles, and age groups.

This demodata file causes all kind of crashes and failures in partner edit (build #7248).
(crash on address tab, newly created records not found etc.)
might still work for the public release, but not for latest development

Please can you be more specific. Otherwise I have to redo the work of your testing. Including snippets from the Server.log would also help me.

I am not sure if it is related to the database or the code.

I found one problem with deleting an address in that version.
the Server.log shows:

Hello Joachim, and everyone else,

I have now uploaded all demodatabases to sourceforge.net/projects/openpe ... /demodata/

There is now a new database, which has 2 ledgers: Ledger 43 has a financial year starting in January, Ledger 44 has a financial year starting in April.
The database with just one ledger is there as well, and the database for the online registration for a conference, with 3500 participants.

If you need closed years as well, or other constellations of data, please let me know, and we should continually improve the demo databases.

I realized that I have not posted here the availability of a database with multiple financial years.
This is possible now that the month end closing and year end closing actually works.
Have a look here: sourceforge.net/projects/openpet ... z/download

Please let me know if you find any bugs or problems with that demo database, or if you need special data for your test cases.
