New nant tasks for GUI development

there are new nant tasks:
(Alan, if you want, feel free to add them to the Developers Assistant. I don't think we have the current code in bzr, therefore you are the main maintainer of the developers' assistant)

nant previewWinform -file=MPartner\Gui\UC_Subscription.yaml
This will generate the code, and load the form or user control, without data nor event handlers, but you can see the layout. has a refresh button as well.

nant generateWinform: compiles the dll much faster now, by using msbuild.

nant start: will start both client and server, quicker to type than nant startPetraServer startPetraClient

If you need other shortcuts or tasks, let me know!

Hi,
I clicked on the Go-button on the developer's assistant (I recently downloaded the new version) and got a BUILD FAILED message - but unfortunatly any details.

On running
E:\openpetra\bzr\work-543>nant generateWinform startPetraClient -D:file=MSysMan\ Gui\MaintainLanguageCulture.yaml I got the following error details.
Perhaps those could be included in the future in the "Output"-tab of the developer's assistant.

What do you think?
