Generate Code with Validation

Hello Christian,
I have now finished the work on the code generation for validation.

I have changed some things from your proposal.

I have added a function for checking a table with all rows to the shared validation, so I don't need to have another set of functions on the server side.

I have added a function to add all columns to the dictionary for validation, and this is called in the winforms. I am not sure if that is sufficient.

I have not tested it yet. We can talk about it on Monday.

Timotheus made a good start with the automatic code generation. All should be well for the server side, but for the client side more work needs to be put in to make it work.

I will create a branch from Timotheus' branch and will put the fixes and missing things in place.
