Question about test case in PartnerEdit

Hi everybody,

in bazaar.launchpad.net/_openpetrac ... nerEdit.cs

there's the following testcase marked as TODO:
check if changing the family will change the family id of all other members of the family as well

I'm not quite sure what should be checked here: if a change of the key of a family (their partnerkey) results aswell in a change of the family key of each family member?
But isn't the key fix once a partner/family is created? I couldn't find any possibility on the GUI by which the user could change the family/partner key.

A family consists of several persons, all with the same p_family_key_n.
The family id is unique among the members of that family. usually the person with the main job at the organisation, has id 0.
the children have ID 2, 3, 4 etc.

if a child is moved out of a family, or the parents family id is switched, this test should check if the family id is still consistent across all members of that family.
