Petra use the American Notation for currency: Decimal point for cents and comma for thousands.
European use: Decimal comma for cents and point for thousand.
Make a choice for the use of notation

I thought that the Petra Client was using the local settings of the .net installation/Windows system.
I will have a look at this soon.
