New wiki pages

Hello everybody,

I've got a question about the wiki:

Is there a possibility to get informed about new pages on the wiki or important changes? By mail, etc?
One possibility would be to browse the "recent changes" but this is not very comfortable.

I think it would be important to keep up to date those who (fe.) aren't based in Mosbach and as a consequence aren't part of the daily communication between the core developers.

Hello Joachim,

this makes sense.

You could subscribe to the RSS feed of the RecentChanges page, but that does not work for everyone (at least I usually don't follow rss feeds and prefer email notifications).

I have now extended my tools for the mailing list, and I just realize I have not published any information about that list yet, although it has been running for several weeks now.

You can subscribe here:

It sends out hourly notifications of posts to the forum, and now sends out daily notifications of new or changed bugs in Mantis and daily notifications of changes to the Wiki.

I hope this helps all of us.

By the way, I am the only person working from Mosbach, the others who are based in Germany work all from home, only the guys in Carlisle work together in an office.

I already subscribed to the list.

On the "recent changes" page in the wiki it is possible to hide minor changes. Is this also possible for the mailing list?

Hello Joachim,

I like the idea of hiding the minor changes.
Though I still want to see all changes, to be able to spot vandalism early enough. But I have now separated the minor changes from all other changes in the email.

There are still some problems with the notifications of the wiki changes, and I am still improving things.
