Unspecified Error when creating a donation receipt

Hello,

I installed Openpetra and would like to create a donation receipt but I always get an Error when trying to create "Download PDF for the archive" or any other Function. What are required Settings to get "annual gift receipts" to work?
Are there any ways to debug this Issue?
There is no real Info on Screen or in the Web Console. Enabling the Debug Log on the Application does not show any think helpfull.
I'm using the Template HTML from the Github Page.
And created an User with Donations.

I just tried on https://demo.openpetra.org, and I was able to create a PDF.

Please check the log file on your server, in directory log, the file Server.log
e.g. /home/op_dev/log/Server.log
There should be a error message.
You are welcome to post that error message here, and I can help you to solve it.
Please remove any sensitive data from the error message before you post it here in public.

thanks for you Response.
There is only an old Log(from the Install) written to /home/op_test/log/Server-01.log https://pastes.io/a2jkvosaps.
After creating and changing the Ownership of /var/log/mono.log Debug logs are written to there, https://pastes.io/r7dsaxbbyn.
The Nginx Logs show no Error.
Are there any other File Location to check?
The onscreen Error is "an error has occurred".

yes, the important error message is in your Server-01.log file.

It looks like my mistake with dependancy issues.
We are missing https://www.nuget.org/packages/SixLabors.Fonts
I should have updated the demo.openpetra.org to the latest version, then I would have gotten the same problem.
I will try to fix it today, and I will let you know when you can update to a fixed version.

Thanks for your response and the fix.
My Instance is running OpenPetra version: 2023.2.0.6, just like the Demo Instance.
Maybe is an Install vs Upgrade Issue.

I tried a fresh install on Debian Bookworm with this command:

curl https://get.openpetra.org | bash -s test --iknowwhatiamdoing=yes

I loaded the demo database from https://github.com/openpetra/demo-databases/blob/master/demoWith1ledger.yml.gz and was able to print the annual receipts.

This was without fixing anything.

I am reluctant to add SixLabors.Fonts without being able to reproduce the issue.
and I cannot find a version for .net framework in https://www.nuget.org/packages/SixLabors.Fonts/1.0.0-beta18#supportedframeworks-body-tab or https://www.nuget.org/packages/SixLabors.Fonts/1.0.0#supportedframeworks-body-tab or later.

Which Operating System are you using, and which version of .NET/Mono?

@Pasithee I finally got the issue with SixLabors.Fonts myself, when exporting to an Excel file.
I have now downgraded the NPOI nuget package, so that we don't require SixLabors.Fonts.
